Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted using digestive enzyme and hot phenol water method. Anti-LPS was prepared by injecting rabbits with different concentration of LPS. However, random lasers occur in gain media with numerous scatterers and produce coherent laser emission without any predesigned cavity.
