The research aims to formulate a model for research on the dimensions of the Leader-member exchange theory according to the ideas and thoughts of Liden /Maslyn, Hammer and impact on job satisfaction and measure these dimensions at asiacell communications to identify the extent of convergence between theoretical dimensions share leader – member Exchange (LMX) with leadership style used in this company, we have been building scale contains two variables, independent variable Leader-member exchange theory five dimensions (effect , Loyalty, contribution, respect professional, and support) the certified job satisfaction variable dimensions (job security, The Style of management, organizational climate, appreciation, and work itself)

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.

They lead a life of failure, repetition, inaction, loneliness, doubt, suffering, and nothingness. The inner wasteland includes many aspects, such as the multi and split identity, the habitual repetitive element of life, the dark sorrowful life the characters lead, lack of communication and relations among them, their unfree, inactive condition, their foggy terrible recollections, loneliness, dryness of love, and uncertainty.
