The floristic survey of the Al-Muthana Desert recorded 74 species representing 27 families. Amaranthaceae was the most represented family, followed by Asteraceae and Poaceae, reflecting the prevalence of desert-adapted taxa. Species richness and diversity varied among the studied stations.
