Communicative competence in postmodern art
...Show More Authors

This study presents the concept of communicating as criticism analytical vision of art in general and contemporary composition particularly. Art is a means of communication for that activity to participate in the information or meanings, where the artwork is the message that includes what the artist sends ideas ,to the recipient . Thus, the language of communication between the artist and the receiver are made through the artwork (whatever his specialty: theatrically, plastic art, musically) and the magnitude of the meaning of outwardly or inwardly, is determined by the relationship between the artist and the recipient of which lead us turn to the issue of communication between them . .
At that determined search through which we seek to monitor the communicative relationship between the artist and society by developments, and its relationship to the other from the other side in the post-modernism monitor .
This art (the art of postmodernism) grew up with intellectual concepts group , Also associated the rapid changes that were the results of cultural interactions and mixing with the new technology in the second half of the twentieth century . Here comes the role of the artist, who must face this rapidly changing and overlapping change in his behavior towards his community and his artistic vision , Creatively new conditions disconnected with perceptions of idealism and metaphysics, and looking for legitimacy in a new reality advantage rapid development and multiplicity and overlap between the various areas of knowledge , To face the media and communication revolution, understand and critique what those witnessing contemporary societies of new phenomena have contributed to the creation of a radical change to the terms communication between artist and audience, and between the culture of another , Focusing on constituent bypass traditional forms to the world of culture and art, and invent a new style of art (in its mechanisms, and organized synthetic) in order to achieve his communicative mutual, In the context of these changes, start the research problem, raised by the question limited to: the way in which artist creates perceptions to create a renewable form of art, holds property communication among others, in a changing society and open-minded .
As the importance of research in communication, do not come from being a Building for a society based on knowledge and communication, but also to support and attributed art in general (and postmodern art, in particular) critical thinking and systematic scientific and renewable values. To be the goal of this study is: finding efficiency communicative in art in general, the art of composition in particular, the detection of an artist's ability to transform the artwork of the structure of static to another open and open to the community, bringing elements of creativity and innovation and cash through communication. And will be studied through three sections: the first deals with incorporation philosophical continue, and the second section looks at the efficiency communicative in art, through three axes first (mind communicative), II (World Living) and third (levels of interaction between the receiver and the artwork), either the third sectioncontains a communicative activity and interactive context in postmodern art ..

The effectiveness of tax exemption in stimulating industrial projects in Iraq
...Show More Authors

Tax is an important financial resource that the state depends on in all its economic, political, and social fields. Nevertheless, the role of the tax is highlighted in raising tax revenues and influencing economic variables, such as savings, consumption, investment, and employment. The tax was taken as an important tool to stimulate investment in industrial projects because of this activity's important role in raising the efficiency of economic development and reviving the national economy, as many industrial investment laws were enacted and the most important thing included was exempting industrial projects from all taxes and fees (5-10) years, and an exemption Profits from income tax for a period of 5 years starting from the year in which

Economic Stability and Its Role in Achieving Inclusive Growth in Iraq
...Show More Authors

Abstract: This research aims to investigate and analyze the most pressing issues facing the Iraqi economy, namely economic stability and inclusive growth Consequently, the present study investigates the effect of inflation and unemployment, which are significant contributors to economic instability, on inclusive growth dimensions such as GDP, education, health, governance, poverty, income inequality, and environmental performance. From 1991 to 2021, secondary data were collected using World Bank Indicators (WDI) and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) databases. The researchers also employed the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to determine the relationship between variables. The study revealed that fluct

Role of peptidoglycan in the pathogenesis of Staphylococcus saprophyticus in mice
...Show More Authors

The pathogenicity of S. saprophyticus was studied in mice. A group of white mice were injected transurethrally using a catheter with S. saprophyticus S67 cell suspension in a concentration reached 109 CFU/ml. concomitantly, the role of its peptidoglycan in the pathogenicity was studied by injecting another group of mice with 0.3 mg/0.2 ml of partially purified S. saprophyticus S67 peptidoglycan extract. After autopsy, kidneys and urinary bladder showed several histopathological changes both in cells and peptidoglycan injected mice, included: hydropic degeneration, glomerulus shrinkage, congestion of renal vessels, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and dekeratinization in urinary bladder.

Analysing formal transformations in sustainable urban structures in Kufa City, Iraq
...Show More Authors

The research discusses the formal transformation in urban structure, all the cities around the world have undergone a series of formal transformations, resulting in radical transformations to their functions. And to calculate this transformation the descriptive analytical method was applied to this research. First, local urban management data and Landsat-9 visual data were used after processing by GIS. Then, the data were processed mathematically based on their engineering sequences. The aims of this research were as follows: to explore the formal transformations in cities, their dimensions and their consequences and impacts; to identify the underlying causes of their occurrence by deriving realistic results from trends in such degrees of t

Influence of Human Leukocyte Antigen in Susceptibility to Migraine in Patients
...Show More Authors

Migraine affects more than one billion individuals each year across the world, and is one of the most common neurologic disorders, with a high prevalence and morbidity, especially among young adults and females. Migraine is associated with a wide range of comorbidities, which range from stress and sleep disturbances to suicide. The complex and largely unclear mechanisms of migraine development have resulted in the proposal of various social and biological risk factors, such as hormonal imbalances, genetic and epigenetic influences, as well as cardiovascular, neurological, and autoimmune diseases. Experimental findings suggest an involvement of neuroinflammatory mechanisms in the pathophysiology of migraine. Specifically, preclinical

Physiological and Immunological Assessment in Infertile Women Undergoing In-vitro Fertilization
...Show More Authors

All the available reports on the issue of infertility confirmed the increase in this population problem worldwide. Although the accurate estimate of the number of infertile people is due to several reasons, including the discrepancy in the true definition of infertility (whether it extends for one, two or five years of failed pregnancy attempts), as well as the great discrepancy in the size of the selected population groups (large population sample size versus epidemiological studies) and defining the category that diagnosed included (individuals, women, or couples). The goal of today’s IVF program is to obtain high-quality embryos with high efficiency in development, which leads to an increase in live birth rates.

Nanoparticle-Mediated Plasmid Curing in Combating Antibiotic Resistance in Pathogenic Bacteria
...Show More Authors

Background: Nanotechnology has emerged as a pivotal domain in material science research with extensive applications across various sectors including biotechnology and medicine. Nanoparticles offer unique properties facilitating advancements in nanobiotechnology, particularly in nanomedicine, to combat bacterial infections and antibiotic resistance. This study aimed to determine the application of nanoparticles, specifically nano-TiO2, in treating plasmid-mediated antibiotic resistance in both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Method: We evaluated antibiotic and nanomaterial sensitivity through disc diffusion and broth microdilution assays. Plasmid curing experiments were conducted using varying concentrations of nano-TiO2 an
