Valashkalah pulled in the design theorist theatrical as system training to arrange time and place and in line with the interpretation of speech text and this is linked to awareness - when the designer - and director through Zhnihm and see shapes and configurations through contradiction or agreement for that has divided the researcher discussed into four chapters.
Chapter One - systematic framework which guarantees the research problem and its importance and the need for him and his goals, limitations and concluded the following chapter defines terminology (the dilemma - theatrical theorist).

2 - The second topic: theatrical scene in the Iraqi theater (historical perspective).
3 - The third topic: theatrical scene between problematic director and designer.

In this design, an L-band Mulltiwavelength Laser is designed as the downstream signals for TDM/WDM PON. The downstream signals ranging from 1569.865 nm to 1581.973 nm with 100GHz spacing. The multiwavelength laser is designed using OptiSystem software and it is integrated into a TDM/WDM PON that is also designed using OptiSystem simulation software. A Mini-TEA CO2 laser system was designed and operated to obtain a pulse at 10.6 μm. Output energy of 30 mJ, with preionization pins, and pulse duration of 100ns were obtained. While an output energy of 6mJ and pulse duration of 100 ns in absence of pre-ionization were obtained. The system was operated with Ernest profile main-discharge electrodes. Dependencies of supply voltage and output laser energy on the pressure inside laser cavity were investigated as well as dependencies of supply voltage and output energy on the main capacitor(8CO2 : 8N2 : 82He :2CO). Efficiency of was calculated to be 4.4%.
