انصبت هذه الدراسة على قياس جودة الخدمة، وبوجه خاص ماهية أبعاد جودة الخدمة التي يجري قياسها للوصول إلى مستوى جودة الخدمة. وتم التطبيق على خدمة التعليم العالي الخاص، حيث جرى اختيار عينة من طلبة جامعة خاصة لتعبئة الاستبانة الخاصة بالدراسة. وكان هناك 360استبانة تم تحليل البيانات فيها من خلال مؤشرات الإحصاء الوصفي، وتحليل الارتباط، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين مستويات

تناول هذا البحث مراجعة لعدد من الكتب التي ألفت في جغرافية العراق العربية منها والإنكليزية، وتحديداً الكتب في العصر الحديث، إذ توصل البحث الى وجود مجموعة من الكتب التي تناولت مختلف جوانب العراق الطبيعية منها والبشرية، اتضح أن بعض الكتب الجغرافية تناولت الجانب الجغرافي الطبيعي فقط، في حين أن كتب أخرى تناولت الجانب الجغرافي البشري فقط. وأخرى جمعت بين الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية للعراق.

وقد اثبت البحث ان الرازي اكد ما نسطلح عليه اليوم ب(الصفة الخطية للكلام) اي ان الدال ذو طبيعة سمعيه وانه يجري في الزمن وحده

The aim of the research is to demonstrate the concept, characteristics, efficiency and adequacy of infrastructure in Khor Al-Zubair, as it represents an important benchmark for judging the development of the city. The researchers thus aim to measure the efficiency, adequacy and personal impression of each service in Khor Al-Zubair city and its residential neighborhoods. To meet this objective, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach that involves randomly distributing a questionnaire with specific questions to the neighbors of the city.
