The primary objective of this study is to manage price market items in the construction of walls for affordable structures with load-bearing hollow masonry units using the ACI 211.1 blend design with a slump range of 25-50 mm that follows the specification limits of IQS 1077. Epoxy resin has many chemical features and mechanical properties, but it has a small elongation at break, low impact strength and crack propagation resistance, i.e. it exhibits a brittle behavior. In the current study, the influence of adding kaolin with variable particle size on the mechanical properties (flexural modulus E, toughness Gc, fracture toughness Kc, hardness HB, and Wear rate WR) of epoxy resin was evaluated. The article gives the analysis of an Arabic root-form from the standpoint of progressive phono-semantics and phono-grammar. Within the framework of this linguistic paradigm the theory of sound association with its meaning is confirmed owning to the Arabic word structure. According to the combination of definite root forms consonants the principles of progressive phono-grammar of the Arabic language are exercised. The sound quantitative changes of root consonants are also the result of progressive semantic phono-grammar.
