The art of postmodernism has undergone a number of changes in the course of art and art schools, as art has left the traditional means and paved the way for this artistic transformation to change the materials, techniques, methods and visions as a result of the changes that occurred in the thought and this change played an important role in the artist's vision, To demolish and destroy all of the above and to reconsider the formal systems and intellectual contexts and expressive modes, so it is necessary for the whole art to keep up with the variables of the era and its elements. The objective of this research paper is two-fold. The first is a precise reading of the theoretical underpinnings of each of the strategic approaches: "Market approach" for (M. Porter), and the alternative resource-based approach (R B V), advocates for the idea that the two approaches are complementary. The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of a rational, emotional, behavioral program in developing self-efficacy to reduce the level of Burnout in 20 teachers of students with autism disorder in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of the study is to identify the teaching techniques that mathematics' teachers use due to the Brain-based learning theory. The sample is composed of (90) teacher: (50) male, (40) female. The results have shown no significant differences between male and female responses' mean. Additionally, through the observation of author, he found a lack of using Brain-based learning techniques. Thus, the researcher recommend that it is necessary to involve teachers in remedial courses to enhance their ability to create a classroom that raise up brain-based learning skills.
