قدمت الدراسات النقدية الحديثة للشعرية مفهومين،ينص الاول على ان الشعرية هي علم الادب او نظرية الادب التي تهدف الى((معرفة القوانين العامة التي تنظم ولادة كل عمل.. وهي تبحث عن هذه القوانين داخل الأدب ذاته))( ).وفي هذا المفهوم بعث لشعرية ارسطو كما يرى تودورف.اما الثاني فيرى ان البحث فيها،اي في الشعرية،داخل النص الادبي هو(( استنطاق الخصائص المجردة التي تصنع فرادة الحدث الادبي اي الأدبية))( ).ولا يعني تحديد هذين المفهومين تعارضهما،أو قابليتهما للاستبدال الواحد بالاخر، بل يعني امتزاجهما في توصيف مقاربات النص الادبي.وقد أشار كوهين الى حدود هذا التعالق بين الشعرية والأدبية وهو يحلل بنية اللغة الشعرية بوصفها((عملية ذات وجهين متعايشين متزامنين:الانزياح ونفيه،تكسير البنية واعادة التبنين،ولكي تحقق القصيدة شعريتها ينبغي ان تكون دلالتها مفقودة أولاً،ثم يتم العثور عليها،وذلك كله في وعي القاريء))
The thesis discusses the concept of the new international regionalism that emerged after the growing effects and repercussions of globalization with its economic, political and security dimensions after the end of the Cold War and the crystallization of a different international system dominated by the United States of America, so that the major countries and actors in the international system realize the danger of globalization and move towards adopting regional arrangements to contain the negative effects of globalization. The Asia-Pacific model was chosen as a model for the study.

The current study dealt with anatomical aspects of species Iresine herbstii Hook.ex Lindl. which is the only species resemble the genus Iresine P.Br in Iraq . This species is considered as a new record in Iraq as it wasn’t mentioned within any resource of Iraqi plants.
