Despite scholars’ attention on the typology of modality as a linguistic phenomenon, yet the use of modality across varieties of English is not well visible in communication-based researches that take semantics, pragmatics and discourse issues as the objects for their investigation. Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important branches in the portfolio of National Insurance Company in Iraq .Due to the continous accidents the company is endeavouring to   this market.

    The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .

    The target of this study is  to focus the light  upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.

هدف البحث الى إعداد تمرينات تعليمية  بأسلوب التمرين المتغير واثره في تعلم مراحل فعالية الوثب العالي, واستخدمت الباحثون المنهج التجريبي على عينة من (20) طالبة في المرحلة الرابعة جامعة بغداد كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات شعبة ( ب), مقسمين الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة , واستخدم الباحثون منهج تعليمي بأسلوب التمرين المتغير للمجموعة التجريبية لمدة (6 أسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع , واستنتجت
