This research is based on the descriptive and analytical methodology. The importance of studying labor laws and labor unions in Japan between 1889 and 1946 constitutions is because Japan was out of a feudal phase, and had no idea about the factory system and industrialization in their modern sense before the Meiji era. مرّ المصطلح النحوي بمراحل حتى أصبح مصطلحا ثابتا يحمل المفاهيم النحوية ، ويتخذ وسيلة من وسائل البحث المنظم ، ويمثل كتاب الايضاح في علل النحو لأبي القاسم الزجّاجي (ت 337هـ ) الذي نتناوله بالبحث عن الجوانب المصطلحية مرحلة من البحث النحوي ، ترسّخت فيه الأصول النحويّة وانمازت الأبواب ، فضلاُ عن المصطلح الذي بدأ مستقراُ في أغلب استعمالاته العلميّة.

            In this work, the adsorption of crystal violet dye from aqueous solution on charcoal and rice husk has been investigated, where the impact of variable factors (contact time; the dosage of adsorbent, pH, temperature, and ionic strength) have been studied. It has been found that charcoal and rice husk have an appropriate adsorption limit with regards to the expulsion of crystal violet dye from fluid arrangements. The harmony adsorption is for all intents and purposes accomplished in 45 min for charcoal and 60 min for rice husk.
