طريقة عمل قالب رملي معالج مع مادة الرزن لإنتاج مصبوبات برونزية

أن استخدام طريقة الشمع المفقود و الصب بالرمل كان ولا يزال ، قديماُ و تقنياته قديمة وغير مطورة لذا تم التركيز على طريقة الصب بالرمل الذي أعتاد الحرفيون ، غالباً على أستخدامه لسهولة عمله وتدني الكلفته ، ولكن تبقى هذه القوالب محدودة الإمكانيات و كفاءتها محدودة و تنهدم بسهولة ولا يمكن نقلها أو تحريكها من مكان لآخر .ولكن باستخدام مادة البولستر رزن كرابط مع رمل المقالبة هو العنصر الجديد الذي سيحسن كثيراً من أداء هذه القوالب ويمنح الرمل المعزز بالرزن قوة عالية إذ يمكن نقله و تحريكه من دون أن ينهدم و كذلك تحسين سطح المسبوكة البرونزية وكفاءة القالب ، الذي هو موضوع بحثنا هذا

A random laser is a non-conventional laser whose feedback mechanism is based on dissorder-induced light. However, random lasers occur in gain media with numerous scatterers and produce coherent laser emission without any predesigned cavity. The generation of coherent emission from multiple scattering is quite general and its basic principles are shown here using sulforhodamine B-TiO suspensions system. These suspensions were pumped with 337.1 nm pulses from N2 laser and the spectral and temporal behavior of light emitted from the pumped surface was recorded. Intelligent Tuning Control of two Link Flexible Manipulator with Piezoelectric Actuator

This paper represents an experimental study on the application of smart control represented by the use of the fuzzy logic controller. Two-link flexible manipulators that are used in airspace and military applications are made of flexible materials characterized by low frequency and damping ratio. To solve this problem, this paper proposes the use of smart materials (piezoelectric transducers), where each link is bonded with a pair of piezoelectric transducers that act as a sensor and another as an actuator.
