The stanza in the sonnet has been defined as a set of poetic lines followed after proem
and be the same meter as that of proem in complete stanza, but in rhyme scheme different
from that meter. The couplet is defined as set of poetic lines that followed the stanza and be as
the same meter as that of stanza, but with different rhyme scheme. This definition is approved
by all specialized in field of Andalus literature and it was also proven to them that this
construction emptied of indications. This meter has endeavored to prove that that there were a
difference in denotation for meaning between the stanza and couplet. Thus, the sonneteers
have outweighed the sonnet of the blind "Tutaili" to their sonnets as they felt that his sonnet
endowed with characteristics different from theirs. It has been proventhat , via research and
analysis, the sonnet of the blind "Tutaili"has characterized with such denotation. Since then,
the sonneteers in Andalus had taken on this sonnet, while sonneteers in Arab Levant countries
had distinguished the denotation between the stanza and couplet . Their sonnets had been
tested in respect to construction and this could have been applied on the sonnet of "Safi Al-
Din Al Hali", that being characterized with distinction between the two detonations. Hence,
"IbnKhaldun" had nominated it and kept on emphasizing that the sonnet far from affectations
that others from Arab Levant country have such aspect.

An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of 0.25-1.5 μg.mL-1 with correlation coefficient (R) 0.09996)μg.mL1-and molar absorpitivites 22957.76(L.mol1-cm-1.The concentration of Zinc determined in serum of all volunteers before and after administered orally a tablet of 50 mg zinc sulphate, produced by Samara drugs company (SDI). Using watermarking techniques and digital signatures can better solve the problems of digital images transmitted on the Internet like forgery, tampering, altering, etc. In this paper we proposed invisible fragile watermark and MD-5 based algorithm for digital image authenticating and tampers detecting in the Discrete Wavelet Transform DWT domain.
