The stanza in the sonnet has been defined as a set of poetic lines followed after proem
and be the same meter as that of proem in complete stanza, but in rhyme scheme different
from that meter. The couplet is defined as set of poetic lines that followed the stanza and be as
the same meter as that of stanza, but with different rhyme scheme. This definition is approved
by all specialized in field of Andalus literature and it was also proven to them that this
construction emptied of indications. This meter has endeavored to prove that that there were a
difference in denotation for meaning between the stanza and couplet. Thus, the sonneteers
have outweighed the sonnet of the blind "Tutaili" to their sonnets as they felt that his sonnet
endowed with characteristics different from theirs. It has been proventhat , via research and
analysis, the sonnet of the blind "Tutaili"has characterized with such denotation. Since then,
the sonneteers in Andalus had taken on this sonnet, while sonneteers in Arab Levant countries
had distinguished the denotation between the stanza and couplet . Their sonnets had been
tested in respect to construction and this could have been applied on the sonnet of "Safi Al-
Din Al Hali", that being characterized with distinction between the two detonations. Hence,
"IbnKhaldun" had nominated it and kept on emphasizing that the sonnet far from affectations
that others from Arab Levant country have such aspect.
The study included 200 samples were collected from children under two years included (50 samples from each of Cerebrospinal fluid, Blood, Stool and Urine) from, (Central Children Hospital and Children's Protections Educational Hospital) The Iraqi Ministry of Health, the Department of Health Baghdad .the period from the first of 2015 September to the first of December 2015, Were obtained isolates bacterial subjected to the cultural, microscopic and biochemical examination and diagnosed to the species by using vitek2 system .The results showed there were contamination in 6.5% of clinical samples. To make a comparison between the two adsorbents, five experiments were conducted. First, the effects of the contact time, here the nut shell removed the dye quickly, while the C. flumina need more contact time to remove the dye.
