This research for university students dialectic unemployment and work, focusing on
serious discussion, accurate and provide opinions between specialists and those interested in
the university youth issues and identify them in the light of the dialectical relationship

a society that is in dire need of these youth forces for development and advancement in the
areas of social and economic life and cultural all, particularly in a society exposed to the
problems of many pressures such as the Iraqi society, based on the foregoing has included
search several sections we are embarking upon head-ends findings and recommendations,
which included the first part, the methodological framework of the research, which consists of
the research problem and its importance, objectives and determine the concepts of scientific
and social terms, either topic the second may be from previous studies, and the third section to
ensure the causes of youth unemployment and the effects resulting from it. As for the fourth
topic Vttrq to economic and social problems of unemployment and where the dialectic of
work and its impact economically then touched on the problem of leisure and how exploited
by the students (young people).

appropriate curriculum and identify the areas of research, and finally the sixth section
contains the most important proposals and recommendations and the results of which provide
the necessary solutions to the problem of reducing unemployment.

The temperature and frequency dependence of dielectric constant and AC electrical conductivity measurements at various frequencies (10kHz-10MHz) and temperatures (293-373K) were carried out. The study includs,effect of concentration of Lead 0.2 ,0.3 , 0.5, 5 , 10 mg/L and Zinc 0.1,0.5 , 2 , 4 , 8 mg/L lonely or to gether on growth green algae( Scenedesmus quadricauda var . longispina) according to the total qauntity for the cells and the adsorption of the algae to the zn,pb concentration .growth curve and dubbling time growth were calculated with or without there heavy metals . The present study deals with the optimum design of self supporting steel communication towers. A special technique is used to represent the tower as an equivalent hollow tapered beam with variable cross section. Then this method is employed to find the best layout of the tower among prespecified configurations. The formulation of the problem is applied to four types of tower layout
with K and X brace, with equal and unequal panels. The objective function is the total weight of the tower. The variables are the base and the top dimensions, the number of panels for the tower and member's cross section areas. Nanosponges (NS) of etodolac(ETO) was prepared using the emulsion solvent diffusion method ; the effects of drug: polymer ratio, the effect of level concentration of internal phase and stirring time and other variables that effect on the physical characteristics of NS were investigated and characterized, The selected formula was lyophilized then incorporated into hydrogel ; which also evaluated .The results show that the formulation that contain Drug: PVA:EC in ratio 1:3:2 is the best with smallest particle size 40.2±0.098 with polydispersibility0.005 and in vitro release 97.6±0.11%, , ETO NS Carbopol hydrogel produced a significant(p<0.05) improvement of the in vitro release than pure ETO hydrogel.

This paper presents a complete design and implementation of a monitoring system for the operation of the three-phase induction motors. This system is built using a personal computer and two types of sensors (current, vibration) to detect some of the mechanical faults that may occur in the motor.
