The present paper deal with the issue of the beginning of the culturally
renaissance in emirates of Arab Gulf from 1914-1945 between tow world war
has been attracting the attention of academic about the developments in many
fields in the Arab Gulf at this time.
The paper is divided into five sections. First section, deals with the
geographic importance for the Arab Gulf region. Second section, the economic
situations in the region before and after oil. The third section, talk for social
situations, like population, tribe and tribes in society, and immigration. The
fourth section, deals with the factors of rise the culture and political in the Arab
Gulf before discovery of oil period. The five section, the culturally elements of
modern education, library, culturally clubs and associations, press and papers.
This research after financial ratios in the detection of fraud to the financial statements published which enables specialists from the work of their studies and their conclusions to obtain the information they seek on the activities of the entity. Has provided researchers what these relics They then field study to test the validity and sincerity of the findings of the suggestions that have been upheld the need to study all financial ratios extracted in general, organized and used in decision-making processes necessary administrative.And that the financial management attention more financial analysis and extraction of financial ratios and compare them with industry standards taken from historical norms

This research is concerned with the re-analysis of optical data (the imaginary part of the dielectric function as a function of photon energy E) of a-Si:H films prepared by Jackson et al. and Ferlauto et al. through using nonlinear regression fitting we estimated the optical energy gap and the deviation from the Tauc model by considering the parameter of energy photon-dependence of the momentum matrix element of the p as a free parameter by assuming that density of states distribution to be a square root function.
