our societies in the present day, it's a result of the huge amount of knowledge, the increase of
number of students, and the increase of community awareness proportion of the importance of
education in schools and universities, it became necessary for us as educators to look at
science from another point of view based on the idea of scientific development of curricula
and teaching methods and means of education, and for the studying class environment as a
whole, by computer and internet use in education to the emergence of the term education
technology, which relies on the use of modern technology to provide educational content to
the learner in a manner appropriate and effective at the same time. "Interactive whiteboard" is
one of the new educational technology means; it is a flat screen delicate texture, works in
conjunction with computers and a data projector "Data Show" and converts it into an effective
tool for education.
This study aimed to identify the faculty members viewpoint about the use of
interactive (Smart) whiteboard. The study sample consisted of 200 of teaching staff of the
College of Education for Women and the College of Science for Women at the University of
Baghdad, the researchers used measure of attitudes towards the use of the blackboard and
relied on the recurrence and percentages as a statistical treatment.
The study results showed the following:

1. There was approval towards the use of smart board. Responses and that the teachers
experienced 5 years towards the use of smart board more than responses of the teachers
experienced from 6-10 years.
2. There was no difference in the responses of the sample towards the use of smart board
attributed to age.

The Green Synthesize of Zinc Oxide Catalyst Using Pomegranate Peels Extract for the Photocatalytic Degradation of Methylene Blue Dye
...Show More Authors

In this study, the zinc oxide NPs have been synthesized from the fresh pomegranate peels extract using the precipitation method. The ZnO nanoparticles were produced from the reaction of fresh peels extract with zinc acetate salt which was used as zinc source in the presence of 2 M NaOH. The green synthesized nanoparticles were characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Atomic force microscopy (AFM). The XRD patterns confirm the formation of hexagonal wurtzite phase structure for ZnO synthesized using pomegranate peels extract with average crystalline size of 28 nm. FTIR spectra identify the presence of many active functional groups for the pom
