The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A.  The aim of this study was to provide an overall assessment to the efficiency of the Iraq stocks exchanges (ISE) through specifying well –known models .First, Fama's efficient market hypothesis as a contrary concept to the random walk hypothesis, was performed and it has been found that ISE follows the random process, so the price of the shares can't be predicated on the basis of past information. Second,we use a multifactor model, which so named multiple regression, to explore the link between ISE  and the main economic indicators. our empirical analysis finds that every weak associations exists between major ISE measures and main economic indicators.

     In this work, the electrostatic probe was utilized to estimate the density of electrons for plasma generated around reentry vehicles that have a geometrically blunt nose at high-altitude. The thermocouple uses to measured electron temperature, which is equal to the temperature of the gas, on board the MAC spacecraft. In the spacecraft backflow field, electrostatic probe measurements were taken at five separate regions 1 to 5 cm from the body of the spacecraft. Over an altitude range of 90 to 50 km with an electron density of 10⁸ to 10¹² 1/cm³, respectively. The measured electron temperature ranged from 0.05 to 0.9 electron volts and the maximum re-entry velocity of the spacecraft was about 7048 m
