The research has arrived to the following results:
1. There were critical views that accompanied the beginnings of (Muwashah). These
views were derived from literary criticism that handled the ancient Arabic poetry, especially
its kinds that were concerned with artificiality in addition to the views based on rivalry
among makers of (Muwashah) in front of the audience so as to judje who is the best
according to artistic response.
2. There existed new critical views, their originality was shown through the new critical
theories that appeared especially those concerned with receiving the text and reading theory.
3. The Muwashah was one of the most important poetic arts that reproduced previous
text, not in the traditional from which used implication or guotation, but in the creative form
and this was supported by Sufi Washaheen who set out in their Sufi texts from the special
theory of listening adopted by the Sufi doctrine. And thus some of their pieces of
Muwashah responded to the theorizing that took place about the inter text nality theory that
especially adopts creative texts, and was one of the sublime models that enriched our Arabic
literature.

The importance of research stems from the prominent role of leaders in the political, administrative, economic and societal spheres in general, which requires highlighting this angle. Research Hypothesis Modern policies work with mechanisms that limit the clear role of governors and transform the ruler into an executive man. It can be assumed that the type of public policy of the state is the only criterion that transfers the ruler from a ruler to an executive.
It is believed that culture plays an important role in the ELF classroom activities (Al- Mutawa, & Kilani, 1989:87). It is important for the teacher to recognize potential negative (culturally based) perceptions of their learners. In Iraq, for instance, it is not. Uncommon to meet silent expressionless students that arc supposedly English language learners. It is possible for the beginner to interpret this negatively as a lack of interest in the study of English. This interpretation may play a harmful role in the classroom methodology. Environmental exposure to active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) can have negative effects on the health of ecosystems and humans. While numerous studies have monitored APIs in rivers, these employ different analytical methods, measure different APIs, and have ignored many of the countries of the world. The herein research was carried out in order to identified the presence of bacteria in cervix and uterine lumen in Iraqi cattle during the different estrus phase with focusing on Protus and E coli. Estrus phases were determined by the structures which found on ovary (follicular growth for pro-estrus, mature growing follicle for estrus, hemorrhagic corpus luteam for meta-estrus and active corpus luteam for di-eatrus).
