This study focuses on the phenomenon of child labour, which is regarded as a problem not only in Iraq or in developing countries but also in many other countries around the world .In fact, this problem is ignored and not given enough attention for there are millions of children working and doing different works in economically poor societies. Those children often work for long hours and are being exploited, doing works incompatible with their abilities and energy, preventing them from enjoying their childhood, developing both mentally and physically and joining school. The research introduced some suggestions aiming at preventing children from all forms of harmful and unhealthy works are presented. In fact, this is the very aim that most governments try to achieve in order to prevent children from doing such works and to provide some serious alternatives as not to return to such works again.
The members of the family of Eentrobacteriaceae harbour a gene cluster called polyketide synthase (pks) island. This cluster is responsible for the synthesis of the genotoxin colibactin that might have an important role in the induction of double-strand DNA breaks, leading to promote human colorectal cancer (CRC). Eleven out of the eighty eight isolates (12.5%) were pks+, distributed as 7 (8%) isolates of E. coli, 2 (2.25%) of K. pneumoniae and 2 (2.25%) of E. aerogenes. The research aims to identify the effectiveness of violence by parents in the consolidation of positive values among students. Additionally, the research aims to identify the differences in violence levels among students regarding their gender (males & females). The study was limited to the intermediate school students in Baghdad city / Karkh2 for the academic year 2017-2018. The results showed that males are more violent than females do and that discrimination led to experience violence more than other methods.
