Iraq has the distinction of being a great potential of non-renewable natural resources,
especially crude oil and natural gas. Since the discovery of crude oil at the beginning of the
twentieth century in Iraq. Although the different of investment types, it contributed to the oil
sector in the provision of financial resources to the state treasury , since that date until the
present time.
Search has been marked by division ((The foreign investment in the oil sector in Iraq after
2003)) into three sections. The first section included a brief history of the development of
Iraq's oil potential in terms of oil reserves, and oil fields, and the quantities of production and
export. The second section reviewed the investment policies in the oil sector after 2003, the
foundations have been dealt with legislative and practical applications and signing investment
contracts after four licensing rounds. The third section, focused on the challenges of investing
in the oil sector in Iraq, such as strictly intellectual challenge, economic problems, legal
obstacles, security constraints and political differences . The search is over and ended by
conclusions.
Objectives: To identify the effectiveness program on nurse- midwife practice concerning performed
cardiotocography to pregnant women and to find out the relationship between nurse- midwife practice and
certain studied variables.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental design (pretest-post test approach) was conducted at three sector AlRussafa
directorate, AL- Karckh directorate and Medical City Directorate from the period of March, 26th 2014
to August, 30th 2015. A non-probability sample consisted of (130) nurse -midwives were selected and divided
into two groups (65) nurses-midwives (case group) who exposed to the educational program and (65 ) nursesmidwives

Fumonisin B1 (FB1) is a mycotoxin produced in some grains (mainly corn) by Fusarium species. Due to a structural similarity between FB1 and sphinganine, sphingolipids metabolism is inhibited. Such inhibition plays a critical role in cell to cell singling and structure of lipoprotein; therefore FB1 has been suggested to have a relationship with human and animal cancer. Fourteen morphologically varied Ricinus communis L. seeds were collected from different localities in Egypt, El-Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Seed morphology and ITS barcoding analysis were performed to assess their diversity and phylogenetic relationship. Sequence’s alignment of nrITS region from different accessions display high levels of genetic similarities. Cluster analysis could not group different accessions according to their geographical distribution. Nevertheless, the genetic barcodes are interestingly matched with the morphological features of the Ricinus seeds. The aim of this work is to study the effect of diesel fuel percentage on the combustion processes in compression ignition engine using dual – fuel (diesel and LPG).
The brake thermal efficiency increased with the increase of diesel fuel rate at low loads, and decreased when load increased. To get sufficient operation in engine fueled with dual fuel, it required sufficient flow rate of diesel fuel, if the engine fueled with insufficient diesel fuel erratic operation with miss fire cycles presented.
Dual-fuel operation at part load showed higher specific fuel consumption than straight diesl operation. At full loads, brake specific fuel consumption of duel fuel engine approaches that for diesel fuel values.
