Vagrancy is global problem, but its geographical distribution differs from one society
to another and from one place to another inside the same society.Till now there isn't a real factor that can explain the phenomenon, spite that economy plays aconstituent and distinguishing part, and spite the fact that Vagrancy is considered a realdeviation that can be compared with criminality level, and cannot be separated from its effecton family, local society and school. even an old man. Vagrancy thus means different people with different ages and not onlyprecisely children. Vagrant is not necessary to be a male, in modern societies the differencesbetween male and female get back to make a female vagrant as well as male but in a lower proportion compared with the female this because of some traditional controls. to the vagrant life, personality and future. Vagrant world is not easy, it's in the bottom of society it like a forest full of violence and the principles of shame and cooperation collapse.

In this work, an experimental analysis is made to predict the thermal performance of the natural-convection phenomenon from a heated vertical externally finned-tube to surrounding air through an open-ended enclosure. The research aims to identify the effect of teaching-learning design based on the constructivism theory on the life skills of middle stage students. The sample consisted of (60) students from one of the middle schools in Baghdad's governorate. The experimental group and control group consisted of 30 students for each group, the research tool was the life skills scale composed of (78) items. The scale proved its validity and reliability, which was found to be (0.85). The results showed a statistically significant difference in life skills between the two groups of research in favor of the experimental group, which studied the educational design according to models of constructivism theory compared to the usual method of teaching.

Solid dispersion (SD) is an effective technique for enhancing the solubility and dissolution rate of such drug.
