This study is concerned look at the role of satellite channels in the dissemination of
consumer culture that has become part of our everyday lives , which is a dangerous
phenomenon on society , so the study is aimed at introducing the concept of consumer culture
and the risks to individuals , which conducted a field study on a sample of students from the
University of Baghdad, as they represent an important category of the society they are a class
of young people to get to know the impact of satellite television on them through their various
programs and serials, films and ads may develop consumer culture they have , including in
respect of ideas and information , where the questionnaire was developed to ensure different
questions and distributed to the research sample , and results show that the Spread a large
proportion of the sample are affected , including its programs and informational materials
which affects the consumption of goods and culture.
This study tries to examine a model involving human resources management practices, employees’ outcomes, governmental support, and organizational performance of small businesses in Malaysia. It was hypothesized that HRM practices will be positively related to the organizational performance (financial and operational), and that employees’ outcomes would serve as a mediator in the relationship between HRM practices and performance. At present, the ability to promote national economy by adjusting to political, economic, and technological variables is one of the largest challenges faced by organization productivity. This challenge prompts changes in structure and line productivity, given that cash has not been invested. Thus, the management searches for investment opportunities that have achieved the optimum value of the annual increases in total output value of the production line workers in the laboratory. Therefore, the application of dynamic programming model is adopted in this study by addressing the division of investment expenditures to cope with market-dumping policy and to strive non-stop production at work.

Pre-breakdown phenomenon was investigated within the two, non-mixed dielectric liquids; transformation oil and cresol. Finite element technique was used to follow the initiation and growth of plasma channels (streamer discharge) within pin-plane configuration. That was done for different spacing between the pin-electrode and the liquid-liquid interface. Streamer growth model assumed that, the streamer initiation occurs at the region of the highest value of electric field.
