This study is concerned look at the role of satellite channels in the dissemination of
consumer culture that has become part of our everyday lives , which is a dangerous
phenomenon on society , so the study is aimed at introducing the concept of consumer culture
and the risks to individuals , which conducted a field study on a sample of students from the
University of Baghdad, as they represent an important category of the society they are a class
of young people to get to know the impact of satellite television on them through their various
programs and serials, films and ads may develop consumer culture they have , including in
respect of ideas and information , where the questionnaire was developed to ensure different
questions and distributed to the research sample , and results show that the Spread a large
proportion of the sample are affected , including its programs and informational materials
which affects the consumption of goods and culture.
The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. It also indicates the sources and types of intertextual images, the methodological and semiotic mechanisms for analyzing the intertextuality of news images used on the website of Alhurra satellite channel for the period from 1/6 - 30/8/2022, which included (94) images. Information pollution is regarded as a big problem facing journalists working in the editing section, whereby journalistic materials face such pollution through their way across the editing pyramid. This research is an attempt to define the concept of journalistic information pollution, and what are the causes and sources of this pollution. The research applied the descriptive research method to achieve its objectives. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The findings indicate that journalists are aware of the existence of information pollution in journalism, and this pollution has its causes and resources.
