The research sheds light on an important religious sect that played a fundamental role in the structure of the Iraqi society in general and the Baghdadi society in particular, in which the Jews in general and the Jewish women in particular played an active role in the culture and heritage of Baghdadi society. 1. There were critical views that accompanied the beginnings of (Muwashah). These
views were derived from literary criticism that handled the ancient Arabic poetry, especially
its kinds that were concerned with artificiality in addition to the views based on rivalry
among makers of (Muwashah) in front of the audience so as to judje who is the best
according to artistic response.

theories that appeared especially those concerned with receiving the text and reading theory.

The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors.
