The family is considered one of the most important social institutions which has a
strong and clear effect on the child in forming his personality through the process
of social upbringing which works on transforming the child from a merely
biological being into an individual who has customs and traditions and the behavior
of the group to which he belongs, and till now there is no social organization or
institution that can do this process not even in partial way like the family
.Therefore depriving the child of his parents leads to depriving him of the normal
chances of growth which relate to his age stage and thus this shortcoming is hard to
treat and based on the preceding the current research aimed at the following:
((Knowing the level of the leadership behavior in the orphan pupils in comparison
to their normal peers))
And the researcher concluded through the results of the research that the normal
pupils have a leadership behavior more than the orphan pupils .Therefore the
researcher recommends urging the parents or who take their place to take care in
the development of the child's personality and providing the necessary safety and
care to the orphan child, and making symposiums with the cultural cautioning of
the media aiming at directing the parents and who takes their place about how to
deal with the orphan child.
The research aims at constructing a Scale of Kindness phenomenon among university female students and elicit criteria to it, It also recognizes the differences in kindness levels among female students according to variables (specialization, academic grade, social status, and the age). ... Show MoreThe current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.
