The research tries to discuss the European attitude towards the Iranian nuclear
activities withen its ambitious nuclear program. It studies the European endeavor to settle
this problem peacefully or to solve it by exerting economic and diplomatic pressures on the
Iranian leadership so, it will give up its nuclear ambitions.
Germany exerts single efforts and others withen the European Troika to follow up
the Iranian nuclear case attempting to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapon which
gives Iran a distinguished regional status. Thus , this situation will lead the current regional
equivalence become unbalanced as well as it is conducive to dangerous consequences , to
endanger the security of Israel is the most important one.
Germany endeavors to increase its economic and commercial interests in Iran to
ensure its presence singly or withen the framework of European Troika in the region in a
way that will enhance its role and that of the European Union.
In fact, Germany aims to play an active and influential role in addressing international
events.
In spite of its efforts that aim to appeasement in dealing with the Iranian nuclear
dossier through dialogue or negotiation .
Its attitude will be unaccepted if the doubts concerning Iranian intentions and having
capability to produce nuclear weapon in a way that will endanger Israel security will be
ensured. In this case Germany will support the western attitude that refuses the Iranian
ambitions.

In the present work, the surface properties of mixed binary surfactants containing sodium dodecylbenzene sulfate (SDBS) and Tween 80 (TW80) surfactants in aqueous solutions were studied at temperature 293 K using surface tension measurements. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) magnitude for both individual surfactants and their mixtures were established the obtained results revealed that the magnitude of cmc of the mixtures are less than the magnitude of individual surfactants and decrease with the increase in Tween 80 percent in solution which indicate the nonideal mixing of the two surfactants. Gelatin was prepared by the chemical method using HCl 2% and extraction at the temperature degree 70, 80, 90 c° and at the period of time 4, 6, 8 hours, calculated the yield, functional and sensory characteristics were measured at.
