Somal is considered one of the unstable and restless African Arabian country in
comparison with other Arabian. It has been exposed to division and separation by
European colonization process that worked hardly on dividing this country according to
Berlin conference (1884-1885). Even after obtaining its independence during the sixties
and being led by civilian organizations which were unable to solve the problems of
Somalian society after obtaining the independence.
Somal continued its suffering even after the military rule under the leadership of
Mohammed Sayad Beree.
During Beree's rule, Somal suffered from the War with Ethiopia, as well as it
witnessed an economical Crisis. It suffered also from the tribal policy through giving
leadership roles to his tribal men, depriving other tribes from these roles, a matter which
led the Somalian people to end his regime and as a result to civil war that opened the door
for political and Islamic movements. At the beginning, the Islamic movements appeared as
courts and institutions and then they united together to be Islamic courts.
In addition to that, it witnessed the emergence of other Islamic parties that played a
great role in the Somalian situation because each one has its aims and wanted to apply it on
Somal.
Perhaps, the different aims of those movements caused this separation and division
in Somal, a matter that has been profiteered by neighbors, especially Ethiopia which
caused instability in the whole country.
This research addresses a problem manifested in a main question: what is the role of the digital media in marketing the artistic products? in order to determine the role played by the digital media in the disclosure and promotion of the artistic product, its price and places of distribution, as the basic elements of the marketing mixture.
This is a descriptive research in which the researcher used the survey method to check the opinions of a sample chosen according to the (proportion) method from the research community represented by instructors and students of the college of Fine Arts- University of Dayala.

This paper tackles tragedy and grief in the Hebrew poetry of the Middle Ages, as being topics which was transferred to it from Arabic poetry at that time. This came as a result of Hebrew poets quoting images from, and adopting the form and content of the Arabic poem. So, this topic was a prominent feature in the Hebrew poetry of the middle ages. Aeromonas salmonicida is a fish pathogen and recognized to cause a variety of diseases in humans. There are a few information about A.salmonicida in Iraq and there is no any previous molecular study on it. During the period of December 2017 to May 2018; Sixteen isolates of the A. salmonicida were isolated and identified from 300 common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fishes stomach in aquarium of Erbil city/ Iraq by using manual, automated Vitek 2 compact system, and confirmed by PCR using gene TonB-dependent siderophore (364bp).
