Preparing teacher occupies the attention of many thinkers and philosophers since the age of
kaldinics ( people of mesoptam / 2342 pH ) to the Islamic age where moslems philosophers
focus their attention on thought and philosophy where the philosophy of that teaching
depends on : teacher , student and family begin .
So , the issue of preparing and training teacher occupies the attention of education scientists
depending on his vital and important role in implementing of teaching policies in philosophies
and Islamic educational thought , therefore , the preparing and development of the teacher
regards as one of the basics of teaching development because of its importance in
development of teaching performance and the industrial development is the key of acquiring
academic skills by the teacher by direct activities of the formal training programs or by self
teaching technique .
Teacher regards one of the most important agents of educational process because he has the
ability of achieving the teaching goals and development of the skills of students by arranging
the teaching process and using its teaching techniques and recognizing the students needs and their thinking ways and recognizing the aims of education in development of society where
teacher known as ( the one who teaches students ,the bridge connecting the school and society
, holder of message which make him special one in society where some people make him as a
prophet and the one who owns the wide educational abilities helping him in recognizing the
goals and the matters and the best using of the methods of teaching where we can call him as
an engineer of educational process and finally as decision maker .
The ability of coping with rapid new technology depends on the teacher who has the ability
of teaching the new methods and strategies of teaching and their application where he can
transfer this thought to his students by using the educational teaching methods, so, the
educational teaching is not as soft wares or interesting devices but a teacher owns the
specification which help him in applying the techniques in educational process.
The present paper aims at recognizing the importance of active teacher and his role in the
development of curriculums by using educational technology, the paper reaches at results and
recommendation.

The developed financial infrastructure is one of the most important elements for achieving stable financial system in a country. Corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy 7025 was investigated in hydrochloric acid (pH=1) containing 0.6 mol.dm-3 NaCl in the existence and absence of diverse concentrations of sulphamethoxazole as environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor over the temperature range (298-313)K. Electrochemical polarization method using potentiostatic technique was employed. The inhibition efficiency has been raised with increased sulphamethoxazole concentration but lessened at temperature increases. This field experiment, was conducted to investigate a comparison of two methods for harvesting potatoes: mechanical and handy when using moldboard and chisel plow for primary tillage and three different distances for planting tubers in the rows 15, 25, and 35 cm in silt clay loam soil south of Baghdad. The factorial experiment followed a randomized complete block design with three replications using L.S.D. 5 % and 1 %. Mechanical harvest recorded the best valid potato tubers at 88.78 %, marketable yield of 31.74 ton. ha-1, efficiency lifted 95.68 %, tubers damage index 28.41, speeding up the harvesting process and reducing time and effort.
