A kindergarten teacher is one of the most important elements in the educational process, since she is totally relied upon in kindergartens. Therefore, she could have basic and healthy characteristics to improve the educational process by directing the child towards a perfect growing upEducating and raising up a child should be an organized process that makes desirable changes in the child’s behavior in order to improve different sides of his personality, such as his appearance side, his mental side, and his social side.
This research aims at:
1- Measuring the scientific brilliance in kindergarten teachers.
2- Investigating the statistical significant differences of the scientific brilliance among kindergarten teachers in accordance with the factors of educational status service, the type of kindergarten (public – private)

A total of 45 voucher specimens of falcons which are deposited in the bird's collection of the Iraq Natural History Research Center and Museum (INHM) were reviewed. Mummified falcons were preserved as voucher study specimens and tagged with museum collection labels. In the current study, morphometrics of six species of the genus Falco Linnaeus, 1758: Lanner falcon F. biarmicus Temminck, 1825; Sacker Falcon F. cherrug Gray, 1834; Lesser Kestrel F. naumanni Fleischer, 1818; Peregrine Falcon F. peregrines Tunstall, 1771; Eurasian Hobby F. subbuteo Linnaeus, 1758 and Common Kestrel F. tinnunculus Linnaeus, 1758 were documented. Despite the great economic and commercial importance given to real estate by virtue of its view of the landscape or public roads, US courts have differed in their position on compensation for damages resulting from blocking that view or vision by public projects. Some courts compensated for such damages, other courts approved such compensation.
