Academic libraries characterized from other libraries in the groups of literacy acquired, and
ways to retrieve this information, where it is supposed supply of various combinations of traditional
sources, electronic information, such as books and references, maps and indexes, CD-ROMs and
service-line and so on, via electronic mediator or via the Internet instead of the mediator paper. The
digital technology has changed the way you work by academic libraries, where confined to the
primary mission of these libraries to provide prompt services to the needs of researchers, professors
and students, and the provision of reading different materials, including electronic sources that
support the curriculum and research in electronic form.
Technology changed all functions of the academic library and research, which enabled the
researcher access to the literature, the professional needs or the full text of journal articles from his
home or office through the computer . One study has shown that the provision of such services
depends on the provision of systems, modern communications, and provide network infrastructure,
and connectivity to databases and information technology and multimedia, but academic libraries in
many countries still lack the provision of basic infrastructure for electronic information.
Many academic libraries have been involved in the projects of digital libraries, and the role of
libraries in the digital world is not only providing information and provide a place for storage in a
building, but to exceed their role more, such as locating method of high-tech to retrieve that
information quickly and easily, by creating a portal and electronic outlets that available to the
pioneers of the possibility of using this technology for the delivery of services to the beneficiary
remote access electronically.
Library Project means establishing electronic links and e-points leading beneficiaries of the
electronic sources available on the Internet by providing a mechanism for search and retrieval. If a
librarians desired to play an active role in this field, they must be to realize these digital
developments and learning them, and bring them to the library for the purpose of providing entry
points for information.
The self-evident truth existing in today's business environment is the continuity of change and its continuity and turmoil, also its increase over time as it is more abundant, abundant, wide and complex than ever before, and it is the dominant feature in the business environment, as different organizations and operating units can find themselves shifting from the top to the bottom. Objective: To identify causes of maternal death in Mizan Aman and Gebretsadik shawo general hospitals
Methodology: A case control study on 595 charts, 119 cases and 476 controls was conducted in Mizan
Aman & Gebretsadik shawo general hospitals. Data was analyzed by STATA 13.1. Propensity score
matching analysis was used to see causes of maternal death.
Results: Hemorrhage were the main direct causes of maternal death which accounts 47.9% (β =0.58
(95% CI (0.28,0.87)) in hospital but when projected to population based the sample (β =0.26 (95% CI

Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. A mixture of 0.25 ml of Hanks solution, 0.25 ml of serum, 0.25 ml of Candida albicans suspension and 0.25 ml of PMNs suspension was prepared. The samples of mixture of PMNs and Candida were subdivided in 1 ml ependrof tubes and irradiated to He-Ne laser for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 min. The diameter of the irradiated area was 0.8 cm.
