Academic libraries characterized from other libraries in the groups of literacy acquired, and
ways to retrieve this information, where it is supposed supply of various combinations of traditional
sources, electronic information, such as books and references, maps and indexes, CD-ROMs and
service-line and so on, via electronic mediator or via the Internet instead of the mediator paper. The
digital technology has changed the way you work by academic libraries, where confined to the
primary mission of these libraries to provide prompt services to the needs of researchers, professors
and students, and the provision of reading different materials, including electronic sources that
support the curriculum and research in electronic form.
Technology changed all functions of the academic library and research, which enabled the
researcher access to the literature, the professional needs or the full text of journal articles from his
home or office through the computer . One study has shown that the provision of such services
depends on the provision of systems, modern communications, and provide network infrastructure,
and connectivity to databases and information technology and multimedia, but academic libraries in
many countries still lack the provision of basic infrastructure for electronic information.
Many academic libraries have been involved in the projects of digital libraries, and the role of
libraries in the digital world is not only providing information and provide a place for storage in a
building, but to exceed their role more, such as locating method of high-tech to retrieve that
information quickly and easily, by creating a portal and electronic outlets that available to the
pioneers of the possibility of using this technology for the delivery of services to the beneficiary
remote access electronically.
Library Project means establishing electronic links and e-points leading beneficiaries of the
electronic sources available on the Internet by providing a mechanism for search and retrieval. If a
librarians desired to play an active role in this field, they must be to realize these digital
developments and learning them, and bring them to the library for the purpose of providing entry
points for information.
Promotion the level of academic education is a part of reform and renewal process in the contemporary communities. Investment in education and scientific research is an investment is in the future, and it is the point of right start to construct a progressive community that able to face challenges, overcome problems and achieve comprehensive development goals. There are a lot of measures for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but what distinguishes it from other measures is the number of short paragraphs and concise depending on the classification of American Psychiatric Association (APA), which can be applied by the researchers on a large number, Because the Iraqi society suffered from psychological trauma due to wars, conflicts and occupation and the resulting psychological disorders of the members of Iraqi society, especially post-traumatic stress disorder, as mentioned by many studies and researches.

The current research tackles the self-efficacy and its relation to the cognitive assessment for the daily disturbances for the University of Baghdad students. Two criteria have been adopted to achieve the objectives of the research. The sample of this study consists of 200 male and female students who were chosen randomly. The data were analyzed statistically, revealing that the university students owned their own self-efficacy as well as a cognitive assessment for the daily disturbances and they recognized them as self-threatening. Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as
follows; family, social, psychological and academic domain. The results of this study showed
that counseling needs obtain the heighest average. As well as, the results of the study revealed
