Academic libraries characterized from other libraries in the groups of literacy acquired, and
ways to retrieve this information, where it is supposed supply of various combinations of traditional
sources, electronic information, such as books and references, maps and indexes, CD-ROMs and
service-line and so on, via electronic mediator or via the Internet instead of the mediator paper. The
digital technology has changed the way you work by academic libraries, where confined to the
primary mission of these libraries to provide prompt services to the needs of researchers, professors
and students, and the provision of reading different materials, including electronic sources that
support the curriculum and research in electronic form.
Technology changed all functions of the academic library and research, which enabled the
researcher access to the literature, the professional needs or the full text of journal articles from his
home or office through the computer . One study has shown that the provision of such services
depends on the provision of systems, modern communications, and provide network infrastructure,
and connectivity to databases and information technology and multimedia, but academic libraries in
many countries still lack the provision of basic infrastructure for electronic information.
Many academic libraries have been involved in the projects of digital libraries, and the role of
libraries in the digital world is not only providing information and provide a place for storage in a
building, but to exceed their role more, such as locating method of high-tech to retrieve that
information quickly and easily, by creating a portal and electronic outlets that available to the
pioneers of the possibility of using this technology for the delivery of services to the beneficiary
remote access electronically.
Library Project means establishing electronic links and e-points leading beneficiaries of the
electronic sources available on the Internet by providing a mechanism for search and retrieval. If a
librarians desired to play an active role in this field, they must be to realize these digital
developments and learning them, and bring them to the library for the purpose of providing entry
points for information.
The current research aims to study social capital and its effect in enhancing the psychological empowerment of workers through the two variables of social capital within its dimensions (structural, relational, cognitive) and the variable of psychological empowerment within its components (ability, meaning, personal will and influence). The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is one of the important topics in the financial management, it has the impact on the users decisions, it also effect on many other variables i.e dividend, therefore. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011. Kothari et al. 2005 model has been used to measure the FRQ, on the other hand the common stock share of the dividend was used to measure the dividend.

An infant incubator in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is a medical instrument of care that provides oxygen, warmth and moisture to a newborn baby.
