This is a research that deals with one of the topics of Arabic grammar, namely, the plural noun, and it is not hidden from the students the importance of grammatical topics in preserving the tongue from melody, and what it has of fundamental importance in knowing the graphic miracles of the Qur’an, and I called this research:

The topic of subject-matter is one of the thorny issues in civil law, as this topic despite its antiquity still represents a fertile ground for research , There is a dispute about the determination of the legal object in which subject-matter is element in it ,Where the legislation differs on this issue , Some legislation states that the subject matter is an element of a contract, and Some of them states that the subject matter is an element of an obligation, and Some of them states that the subject matter is an element of a contract and an obligation , This dispute has moved to jurisprudence, There were several directions in it , The research ended with us saying that the subject matter is an element of a contract.

           The state's finances consist of a set of rights that have a material value. Since the debtor's failure to pay is conceivable, it is reasonable to assume that the State is in constant need of funds to manage its various activities. The state, but what distinguishes it from others in this case is its ability to fulfill the will of the individual without the need to resort to the judiciary to collect the debt.

In this paper , some of lexical stylistic , syntactical stylistic  devices , and one phonetic stylistic device are going to be illustrated in the study of the aphorisms of “life and death” . These stylistic  devices are parallelism , hyperbole , alliteration , meiosis , irony , oxymoron , cliché , litotes , metalepsis , and loose sentences.  This paper aims at identifying the functions and the  frequencies of these devices. These stylistic devices make one speech and writing more interesting and help to get the attention of readers/ listeners
