The research is a contemporary stylistic study of the text that expresses the psychological
meanings in Nahj Al-Balaghah.
The research is divided to three chapters.
The first chapter : characteristics of psychological text.
It is about the power to influence the addressee ,that is to say ,the text influence power
connects with vulnerability and emotions inside the addressee spirit and his response to
violent effects shaking his feelings and that is represented in outbreaking of words vitality and
homogeneously. The Imam's wrath , grief , love to rightness , hatred of falsehood and
deviation from Islam arouses the words and emotions through :
1. Reduction in words and expansion in meaning by means of inspiration of the intentional
meaning.
2. Consistency and coherence: illustrates the connection between words and forms of
consistency.
3. Homogeneity between the components of the sentence to illustrate the closeness and
attachment of words by formatives and grammatical links.
4. Script overlap between The Holy Quran and Nahj Al-Balaghah in those texts.
The second chapter : coherence in The Holy Quran text whether among It's words or phrases .
The most important links are : conjunctions , conductive names , linking by meaning change ,
linking by pronouns , linking by demonstrative pronouns and linking by repetition.
The third chapter : structural phenomena in psychological text which consist : elaboration and
detailing in meaning or structural expansion of the the sentences , repetition , sequence ,
diversification in syntax composition , conformity and violation. All these phenomena are
common in the texts of Nahj Al-Balaghah.

El presente trabajo intenta analizar las características del lenguaje jurídico español a cuya estructura se debe su complejidad. A la vez, damos una descripción detallada de sus rasgos morfosintácticos, léxico-semánticos y estilísticos. En ningún momento, pretendemos fijar unas pautas o normas para la traducción de este lenguaje que requiere unos previos conocimientos jurídicos y cierta preparación para proceder a realizar esta tarea. The study conducted on the compositions of epiphytic diatoms on three taxa of aquatic plants were selected (Phragmites australis Trin ex stand , Ceratophyllum demersum L. and Typha domengensis Pers) in three sites within Al-Auda Marsh, from autumn 2013 to summer 2014 . The study was measured physical and chemical factors of all the study sites, such as: air temperature, power of hydrogen (pH), electrical conductivity (EC), salinity (S‰), total hardness(TH), dissolved oxygen (DO), and plant nutrient. RESRAD is a computer model designed to estimate risks and radiation doses from residual radioactive materials in soil. Thirty seven soil samples were collected from the area around the berms of Al-Tuwaitha site and two samples as background taken from an area about 3 km north of the site. The samples were measured by gamma-ray spectrometry system using high purity germanium (HPGe) detector. The results of samples measurements showed that three contaminated area with 238U and 235U found in the study area. Two scenarios were applied for each contaminated area to estimate the dose using RESRAD (onsite) version 7.0 code. In present study, the technique was used, including nuclear track detector type (CR-39), for appreciative concentrations uranium and radon in soil samples from Baghdad University Campus-AL-Jadiriyah utilizing a prolonged -term with a solid-state nuclear path sensor, a technique for charged particles has been developed., the radon concentrations, effective dose rate and uranium concentrations have measured in soil samples.
