With the growth of democratic thought in our country, widened the trading term
citizenship to the magnitude of the meanings of participation in political life, economic, social
and cultural rights, as the recipe ( citizen ) does not mean only affiliation to the homeland and
link him as a child , but is as such an actor in various fields has his being independent , and
own convictions and the right to freely express his views and personal choices and play a
positive role in public life . Do not correct the democratic structure of any state without the
manifestation of the spirit of citizenship in the relations of each individual citizen to state
institutions.

Abstract The present study on the prevalence of intestinal parasitic infection from July 2003 to July 2004 ,was conducted among children aged(less than 5 -14 )years attending AL-Daura Health Centre in Baghdad City .(350) specimen were choosen randomly and examined, 160(45.7%) of these were infected , 140 (87.5%) harboured one parasite while 20 (12.5%) harboured more than one parasite.190 (54.3%) were non infected with any of intestinal parasite . This paper presents the synthesis and study of some new mixed-liagnd complexes containing tow amino acids[Alanine(Ala) and phenylalanine (phe)] with some metals . In this research, the electrical characteristics of glow discharge plasma were studied. Glow discharge plasma generated in a home-made DC magnetron sputtering system, and a DC-power supply of high voltage as input to the discharge electrodes were both utilized. The distance between two electrodes is 4cm. The gas used to produce plasma is argon gas which flows inside the chamber at a rate of 40 sccm. In this study, successive electrocoagulation (EC) and electro-oxidation (EO) processes were used to minimize some of the major pollutants in real wastewater, such as organics (detected by chemical oxygen demand (COD)), and turbidity.
