The povety in a subjct of one of the most important problems that
accompanied the development process in iraq and is now pointing in the
depth of institutional struetues and threaten the sociol fabric and cohesion
mechamisms .
The study included of the most importana social problems that
accompamied thecrises and occupation in iraq as aproblem of unemployment
aworce, forced displacement and disintegration of family and juvenile
delinguency and the problems of drug addiction .
The study relied on sample slected from the city of Baghdad ,showed
the most important results of that two-thirds of the asssets of an urban sample
compared to one third of them from rural aelcyrounds and that there is
arelationship between family size and poverty level . And more than half of the respondents obtioed the pimary education
that the majority of families stressed that poverty was the most important
causes of social problems family. The study included a set of
recommenelation and proposals .
This research aims at recognizing the concept of Innovation in offering the banking services as well as the concept and dimensions of competitive advantage . This research aims to identify the role of external environment factors on the quality of educational services, from the academic point of view, where the distribution of a questionnaire to a random sample of (100) university professors, and then analyzing a model, and test the validity of this model using structural modeling (SEM) (Structural Equation Modeling).
And then test the relationships between variables using the software of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.18), the research found a number of conclusions, the most important conclusion is: the external environment factors has significant impact on the quality of educational services.
