As we know the transportation studies regarded as one of a very
important and difficult studies and one of its difficulties created from the
process of data updating therefore the researcher well facing many difficulties
to balancing between the old data on collecting new data.
The research present an opinion which is summarized by: can we use
the old data after we updated and used it as alternatives? Or the researcher
must collect new data to complete their research which indicate to the present
situation and some times they cant complete their studies because of the
security, economic, temporally difficulties.
The research used two kinds of data, the old data which belong to the
period (1998) and new data which belong to the period (2008) and applied on
the deterrence function of work trips.
The main conclution of the research is that the old data are more
significance than the new data and therefor we can use it as alternative in
such studies.
Metacognitive thinking supports the ability of the individual to built asuitable strategy to bring information he needs and the full awareness of this strategy leads to develop the mental processes and the cognitive skills with the learning. cognitive achievement to the ability of acquiring cognitive by self research . In this article, a new deterministic primality test for Mersenne primes is presented. It also includes a comparative study between well-known primality tests in order to identify the best test. Moreover, new modifications are suggested in order to eliminate pseudoprimes. The study covers random primes such as Mersenne primes and Proth primes. Finally, these tests are arranged from the best to the worst according to strength, speed, and effectiveness based on the results obtained through programs prepared and operated by Mathematica, and the results are presented through tables and graphs.
