The purpose of this study is to show the constants and variables geography in Russian
policy in light of variables geostrategic witnessed by the world, especially after the collapse
of the Soviet Union and the disintegration to fifteen Republic became the Russian Federation
and the heir to the Soviet Union, Geography particularly important because the impact of its
data in policy making less change ofothers, and explain the political choices cannot achieve
security through its relationship constants geographical (natural or human) paint forms of
economic activity and determine the points they national security. issue is the geographical
this or that country is determined by its policy also specifies the way in which thinks policy
makers by the short-termand long term. here comes the importance of the study to analyze
and detect the strengths and weakness in the Russian Federation and its impact on policymaking

The present study dealt with taxonomic characters of species Zygophyllum fabago L. in Iraq . this study included the exo-morphological characters which indicated that the species was sub-shrub with solid stem and swallow nodes ,with compound bifoliate and stipulate leaves, the flower is complete and perfect with clawed petals . stamen colored with scaly appendage , fruit capsule with ribs . Anatomical study of vegetative parts indicate that the sclerenchymal tissue was very diffuse in stem such as fibers and sclerides ( stone cells ) , the leaves were bifacial . In this work the parameters of plasma (electron temperature Te,
electron density ne, electron velocity and ion velocity) have been
studied by using the spectrometer that collect the spectrum of
plasma. Two cathodes were used (Si:Si) P-type and deposited on
glass. In this research argon gas has been used at various values of
pressures (0.5, 0.4, 0.3, and 0.2 torr) with constant deposition time
4 hrs. The results of electron temperature were (31596.19, 31099.77,
26020.14 and 25372.64) kelvin, and electron density (7.60*1016,
8.16*1016, 6.82*1016 and 7.11*1016) m-3. Optical properties of Si

Mefenamic acid was esterified with starchwith[1:1] Molar ratio, as drug substituted with natural polymer, to prolongthe period of hydrolysis of drug polymer with other advantages. The new prodrug starch was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Visible and 1H-NMR spectroscopies. The physical properties were studied and controlled drug release was studied in different pH values at 37oC. The stability of drug was carried out by measuring the absorbance of mefenamic starch which hydrolyzed in HCl solution of pH 1.1 (artificial gastric fluid) and phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 (simulating intestinal fluid SIF) at 37oC for several days. The thermal analysis such as DSC was studied.
The present study was included the isolation of Keratinophilic fungi from water samples taken from 19 indoor public swimming pools in Baghdad during four season (summer ,fall ,spring ,and winter). Isolation period was September 2011and September 2012 . Samples were collected from different places in swimming pool . Sixteen keratinophilic fungal species, belonging to twenty –one genera were isolated using Surface Dilution Plating (SDP) and Hair Bait Technique (HBT) . Aspergillus genus was the most frequent and occurrence (19.84%), followed by Trichophyton (11.60%) and Fusarium (7.59% ) . A histological study was conducted to examine the structure of optic tectum in Hemidactylus flaviviridis. The results showed that the optic tectum consists of fourteen strata organized in three zones. The deep zone which extends from the first stratum (around optic ventricle) to the fifth stratum. The medium zone comprises the sixth & seventh strata, which represent the center of optic tectum. The superficial zone which extends from the eighth stratum to the fourteenth stratum and forms the retino recipient region. Background: Bone mineral density (BMD) has been assessed using Dual-Energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). This procedure is considered to be of vital importance in assessing the general condition of individuals concerning their skeletal mineralization. BMD is measured according to the results of the DEXA examination of the vertebral column and pelvis.
