The purpose of this study is to show the constants and variables geography in Russian
policy in light of variables geostrategic witnessed by the world, especially after the collapse
of the Soviet Union and the disintegration to fifteen Republic became the Russian Federation
and the heir to the Soviet Union, Geography particularly important because the impact of its
data in policy making less change ofothers, and explain the political choices cannot achieve

The Gullfaks field was discovered in 1978 in the Tampen area of the North Sea and it is one of the largest Norwegian oil fields located in Block 34/10 along the western flank of the Viking Graben in the northern North Sea. The Gullfaks field came on stream in 1986 and reached a peak of production in 2001. After some years, a decrease in production was noticed due to the decrease in pressure in the well. The bonded fixed retainer is characterized by its clinical effectiveness, patient acceptance, and lack of patient complaints as compared with a removable retainer. Since it depicts characters from Asian countries, it would be a best representative for all Asian people who suffer colonialism. In this study, the two researchers try to identify the degree of psychological flow among third-stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Baghdad, by constructing a psychometric flow meter for third-stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Baghdad, and the research sample reached 123 female students They represent 100% of the research community, and after conducting the scientific foundations for building the scale, the two researchers reached the final version of the psychometric flow scale with 21 items with four axes.
