In this study, the kinematic analysis including the forward and inverse kinematic developed for a 5 degree of freedom robotic arm. The forward kinematic is elaborated using Denavit-Hartenberg (DH) convention. Inverse Kinematic is established using Deep Neural Network (DNN) model with five hidden layer each contain 50 neurons fully connected using ReLu activation. This study will layout the fundamental challenges, hypothetical plan arrangements and development condition for the Integrable Optics Test Accelerator (IOTA) in progress at Fermilab. Thus, an effective automatic gain  control (AGC) unit has been introduced which prevents fluctuations in the internal resistance of the electronic lens caused by environmental influences to affect the system's current and power values ​​and keep them in stable amounts. This paper presents an experimental study of cooling photovoltaic (PV) panels using evaporative cooling. Underground (geothermal energy) water used to extract heat from it during cooling and cleaning of PV panels. An experimental test rig was constructed and tested under hot and dusty climate conditions in Baghdad. An active cooling system was used with auxiliary an underground water tank to provide cold water as a coolant over both PV surfaces to reduce its temperature.
