The current study aims to identify the effect of guided visualization strategy in developing the visual perception among kindergarteners. The experimental design was used; pre-post test. A total of (32) boy and girl ranging 5 to 6 years old were selected from al-Rabeea’ kindergarten, directorate of al-karkh 2 / Baghdad. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the multiple intelligence and the numerical sense. The chosen population of the study was the 4^th secondary stage students. The sample consisted of 400 female and male student. The researcher utilized two test; multiple intelligence test which include three categories of intelligence (logical-mathematical, spatial, and linguistics) consisted of (36) item, and the numerical sense test that consisted of (44) item. The two tests were constructed by the researcher himself. The psychometric properties of the test were also verified. The current study included measuring the percent of protein in the extract of nematode Ascaridia galli that infect chickens, it was 1.157% and equivalent to 11.570 mg /L., as well as the amino acid analysis in the nematode A.galli by using a high-performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC), as was detect five types for amino acids in this extract Leucine, Threonin, Serine, Methionine and Valine as the amount of these amino acids in the extract was as follows 132.973, 26.994, 10.453, 2.243 and 1.888 mg /L., respectively, and other amino acids which Glutamic, Histidine and Tyrosin did not exist in the nematode A.galli.
