The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains.      A hybrid cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (CdSNPs) electroluminescence (EL) device was fabricated by Phase – Segregated Method and characterized. It was fabricated as layers of (ITO/poly-TPD:CdS ) and (ITO/poly-TPD:CdS /Alq3). Poly-TPD is an excellent Hole Transport Layer (HTL), CdSNPs is an emitting layer and Alq3 as electron transport layer (ETL). The EL of Organic-Inorganic Light Emitting Diode (OILED) was studied at room temperature at 26V. This was achieved according to band-to-band transition in CdSNPs. Photocatalytic materials are being investigated as effective bactericides due to their superior ability to inactivate a broad range of dangerous microbes. In this study, the following two types of bacteria were employed for bactericidal purposes: Gram-negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). The shape, crystal structure, element percentage, and optical properties of Ag9(SiO4)2NO3 were examined after it was successfully synthesized by a standard mixing and grinding processing route. Bactericidal efficiency was recorded at 100% by the following two types of light sources: solar and simulated light, with initial photocatalyst concentration of 2 µg/mL, and 97% and 95% of bactericidal acti
