In order to get an idea about things closely, we should look at the role of social discipline
in the building of society from civilization cultural viewpoint. The real weigh of the societal
opinion is not measured by the number of its population or its area but the real value lies in its
civilization cultural accumulative experience inherited by the generations, which determine its
distinguished character. That is based upon the social construction in which the methods of
socialization and political, economic, cultural and religious stability and enhance the national
and ethical character of self-realization.
In this research, we try to give an analysis for the obstacles in political economic and
religious social construction. We think that of social construction is a process not by one
individual but all the society.
In this research, we have added nano anatase TiO2 as a partial replacement of Portland cement by a weight percentage of (0.25 to 1%) for the development of properties for protection against bacteria. The control mix was made by using "the cement to sand" proportion about (1: 2.75) with the "water to cement" proportion of (0.5) to study the structure, porosity, water absorption, density, mechanical properties, as well as anti-bacterial behavior. The weather of Iraq has longer summer season compared with other countries. The ambient temperature during this season reaches over 50 OC which makes the evaporative cooling system suitable for this climate. In present work, the two-stage evaporative cooling system is studied. The first stage is indirect evaporative cooling (IEC) represented by two heat exchangers with the groundwater flow rate (5 L/min).
