The gearing is that the son of Adam, which will benefit the board of Allah Almighty to him in the land of the causes of life, without exaggeration or negligence and without prejudice to the cosmic Balnoames enacted by the Almighty Creator, has urged verses of the Quran Muslim to preserve and protect the environment which is a religious duty, as it showed a great verses he is the author and the splendor and beauty of workmanship and manufacturer greatness of the Almighty, who created all things beautiful.
Koran played a major role in the consolidation of environmental education by directing Muslims and groomed behavior to preserve the environment, and the development of environmental awareness in humans by providing it with the right vision for the environment and the behavior towards the study and conservation in order to achieve his role required in the earth as an heir of God in them. In this paper we estimate the coefficients and scale parameter in linear regression model depending on the residuals are of type 1 of extreme value distribution for the largest values . This can be regard as an improvement for the studies with the smallest values . We study two estimation methods ( OLS & MLE ) where we resort to Newton – Raphson (NR) and Fisher Scoring methods to get MLE estimate because the difficulty of using the usual approach with MLE . Coupling reaction of m-and p- amino acetop henone and p-amino benzoic acid with (LHistidine) gave the new bidentate azo ligands (L1, L2 and L3). The prepared ligands were identified by FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1HNMR and GC- mass sp ectroscopic technique. C. shows that Alternaria , Pencillium , Rhizoctonia , Mucor , are the fungi that causes tomato fruits decay. This is the first record of Rhizoctonia and Mucor as a Tomato fruits rot under 8º c in Iraq. There is no fungal infection on cucumber fruits under 8 ? C. . Waxing tomato fruits reduced the severity of the fungi infection and gave shelflife (19 days) under 8 ? C. There is an infection with Mucor was found in tomato fruits kept in perforated polyethylene bages with 16 bores prevent the infection and the lowest severity and frequency of infection was found in waxed tomato fruits.
