The energy consider generally and specifically the petroleum energy

we and the others knew, what is the great impact on our life and for the

these superpower countries is already succeeded by means of making use of
this energy and ruled on the third world countries that is also ruled by their
leaders to punish their fellowships, and at the same time they obey and follow
the orders that submits all the wicked for humankind and be slave to
murderers, under the consideration of no choices. So the best and the worse

the benefits and all the advantages and reminding us that not even the oil and
gas is a available for us but all kind of energies like (solar, waters and the
winds), and different kinds of minerals like (sulfur, phosphate uranium, iron,
copper, aluminum, limestone, clay minerals and salt) and so on. These
benefits are provided to Mankind in order to make use of it and to let the

This research aims to estimate stock returns, according to the Rough Set Theory approach, test its effectiveness and accuracy in predicting stock returns and their potential in the field of financial markets, and rationalize investor decisions. This study included isolation and characterization of extremely halophilic bacteria from Al-Massab Al-Aam region in South of Iraq Fifty isolates were identified by using numerical taxonomy 40 strains belonged to the genus Halobacterium which inclucted Hb. halobium Hb. cutirubrum Hb. salinarium Hb. saccharovorum Hb. valismortis and Hb. volcanii. Various assays are used to determine the toxic effects of drugs at cellular levels in vitro. One of these methods is the dye exclusion assay, which measures membrane integrity in the presence of Trypan blue. Trypan blue the dye which was used in this study to investigate cytotoxic effect of a new Cis –dichloroplatinum (II) complex [(Qu)2PtCl2] on the viability of polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs). Three concentrations of platinum complex were prepared (70, 35and 17.5 µg/ ml) and the results revealed that the percentage of cell viability decreased as the platinum complex concentration increased in comparison with control.

The necessary optimality conditions with Lagrange multipliers are studied and derived for a new class that includes the system of Caputo–Katugampola fractional derivatives to the optimal control problems with considering the end time free. The formula for the integral by parts has been proven for the left Caputo–Katugampola fractional derivative that contributes to the finding and deriving the necessary optimality conditions. Also, three special cases are obtained, including the study of the necessary optimality conditions when both the final time and the final state are fixed. According to convexity assumptions prove that necessary optimality conditions are sufficient optimality conditions.
