The study of sex Structure and age characteristics of an important element of the
follow-up changes between different population groups, which are connected to a large degree
the demographic, social and economic characteristics, particularly since each population
group varying characteristics in terms of age, sex entail social, demographic, cultural and
economic implications, and from that the researcher has taken from Structure of sex and age
for population in the district of Tuz Khurmatu for (1997-2012 ) the subject of consideration
and maintain compared to see the contrast between them. Qualitative Research for installation
and the age of the urban and rural areas has touched the judiciary, as well as its respects.
The study showed a contrast ratio kind in the district of Tuz Khurmatu between urban and
rural areas and the province of Salahuddin according to 1997 census, with the percentage of
type in the judiciary (96 males per 100 females), which is lower than the amount of the
province (98 male). And height according to the population estimates for the year 2012, with
the percentage of type in the judiciary (106.4 males per 100 females), which is higher than the
proportion of the kind in the province and adult (105 male), and the record was attended by
eliminating a remarkable rise in the proportion of the type of (108.5 male per 100 females),
while it decreased in the countryside to reach (102 male). Can be explained by the migration
of males to urban areas, where diverse areas and employment opportunities compared to rural
areas, which determines the action only to agricultural activity. Forms Ahram population has
made it clear to eliminate aspects of him as a young characterized as a very broad base and
gradually Tenbj with sharp summit.
The transition of professionals between different sectors is considered as one of sources of
acquisition of technology and will lead to add the practical experience to them. This experience
depending on different factors like: the scientific degree and practical experience by the
professionals, the technology possessed by the transferor sector, the duration that spent by
experienced in transferor sector, the type of work performed by professional….etc.
The research aims to verify the affect of these factors in technology transfer process.

The present study tries to achieve the following goals: 1. showing how the strategies of real conversation can be applied to conversation in plays. 2. analyzing how the characters communicate with each other to discover how Shakespeare violates the strategies of conversation in depicting his characters. Evaluating a reservoir to looking for hydrocarbon bearing zones, by determining the petrophysical properties in two wells of the Yamama Formation in Siba field using Schlumberger Techlog software. Three porosity logs were used to identify lithology using MN and MID cross plots. Shale volume were calculated using gamma ray log in well Sb-6ST1 and corrected gamma ray in well Sb-5B. The study aimed to identify career engagement among school principals, the researcher used descriptive approach and reached the study sample (230) school, principals. The researcher instruments used: career engagement, has been checked and face validity, and construction and consistency of the instruments using internal consistency Cronbach's alpha The study came to the following findings: - The degree of career engagement among school principals was (29.0200) this refers to a higher level, compared with the theoretical average of (27) and the study showed that the results showed no significant statistical differences between school principals in the level of career engagement due to the variable sex.

Gamma Knife radiosurgery (GKR) has been widely used in the management of a variety of intracranial tumors, including pituitary adenomas. Pituitary prolactinoma (Prs) is one of the most common types of these adenomas.
This prospective study included 50 patients with pituitary Prs over a period from June 2017 to June 2018 at the Neurosciences Hospital, Baghdad/Iraq. The GKR procedure was performed using the Leksell Gamma Knife® Perfexion™, 192 beams of Cobalt 60 radiation were delivered through the intact skull to the pituitary Prs.
