The study of sex Structure and age characteristics of an important element of the
follow-up changes between different population groups, which are connected to a large degree
the demographic, social and economic characteristics, particularly since each population
group varying characteristics in terms of age, sex entail social, demographic, cultural and
economic implications, and from that the researcher has taken from Structure of sex and age
for population in the district of Tuz Khurmatu for (1997-2012 ) the subject of consideration
and maintain compared to see the contrast between them. Qualitative Research for installation
and the age of the urban and rural areas has touched the judiciary, as well as its respects.
The study showed a contrast ratio kind in the district of Tuz Khurmatu between urban and
rural areas and the province of Salahuddin according to 1997 census, with the percentage of
type in the judiciary (96 males per 100 females), which is lower than the amount of the
province (98 male). And height according to the population estimates for the year 2012, with
the percentage of type in the judiciary (106.4 males per 100 females), which is higher than the
proportion of the kind in the province and adult (105 male), and the record was attended by
eliminating a remarkable rise in the proportion of the type of (108.5 male per 100 females),
while it decreased in the countryside to reach (102 male). Can be explained by the migration
of males to urban areas, where diverse areas and employment opportunities compared to rural
areas, which determines the action only to agricultural activity. Forms Ahram population has
made it clear to eliminate aspects of him as a young characterized as a very broad base and
gradually Tenbj with sharp summit.
Most available methods for unit hydrographs (SUH) derivation involve manual, subjective fitting of
a hydrograph through a few data points. The use of probability distributions for the derivation of synthetic
hydrographs had received much attention because of its similarity with unit hydrograph properties. In this
paper, the use of two flexible probability distributions is presented. For each distribution the unknown
parameters were derived in terms of the time to peak(tp), and the peak discharge(Qp). A simple Matlab
program is prepared for calculating these parameters and their validity was checked using comparison
with field data. Application to field data shows that the gamma and lognormal distributions had fit well.<

This paper discusses using H2 and H∞ robust control approaches for designing control systems. These approaches are applied to elementary control system designs, and their respective implementation and pros and cons are introduced. In this paper, we derived an estimators and parameters of Reliability and Hazard function of new mix distribution ( Rayleigh- Logarithmic) with two parameters and increasing failure rate using Bayes Method with Square Error Loss function and Jeffery and conditional probability random variable of observation. The main objective of this study is to find the efficiency of the derived of Bayesian estimator compared to the to the Maximum Likelihood of this function using Simulation technique by Monte Carlo method under different Rayleigh- Logarithmic parameter and sample sizes.
