The slums one of the main problem plaguing the city of Baghdad in general and
the unity of municipality of New Baghdad, especially, where the characteristics of the study
area a prominent role in population growth and the emergence of slums where a private,
although the region suffer from the housing crisis is the lack of the number of housing units
compared to the number of families in which, With high land prices and the level of rent
which was accompanied by the absence of the law, which was followed by the year 2003, has
become the study area and one of the most municipalities of the city of Baghdad Contain
slums which took fills abandoned buildings and acquires vacant land agricultural ones and
allocated to different uses and which has not been implemented design basis so far, and
showed the study about the clarity of the features of this problem and the importance of
studying it is not just slums scattered here and there, but it is clearly visible, and a large
surface area and the number of families and the number of residential subdivision, which
threatens the problems and the effects of her land uses and private uses of the land residential

Allah created human being in it's best way and give him a soul thus ,
he will be a human with faith that has movement and life and the centre of his
soul is the sense which differentiate human from other animals. This

In this research, the covariance estimates were used to estimate the population mean in the stratified random sampling and combined regression estimates. were compared by employing the robust variance-covariance matrices estimates with combined regression estimates by employing the traditional variance-covariance matrices estimates when estimating the regression parameter, through the two efficiency criteria (RE) and mean squared error (MSE). We found that robust estimates significantly improved the quality of combined regression estimates by reducing the effect of outliers using robust covariance and covariance matrices estimates (MCD, MVE) when estimating the regression parameter. The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains.
