The aim of this research is subjected to discover The Dictation mistakes which occur
widely in the Arabic Language written by Iraqi – News papers.
The research classified These Mistakes in Three groups as Follows:
1. The first group dealing with distinguishing between the Arabic – letter ) ا ( When Written
or ) أ ( at The beginning The word and as ) ئ ( which differ in meaning from each other .
2. The second group dealing with the writing of The Arabic ) ٙ( and as ) ٛ( at the end of The
word which differ in meaning from each other.
3. The Third group dealing with distinguishing in written The Arabic letter as ) ض( or as ) )ظ
which differ in meaning From each other.
4. The fourth group dealing with The writing The one Arabic – letter sometime as ) ٕ ( and
other time as ) ح( which differ each other .
بينت النظريات والمناهج النقدية الحديثة بعد تفعيلها لوسائل قراءة النص وتحليل عناصره وبيان وسائل تماسكه وروابطه فضلا عن تمثيله لمضامين مركزية ودلالات فرعية ان النصوص التراثية بوصفها نصوصا كاملة لسمات النص المؤثر قابلة للحضور في مجال المعرفة وفق تصور حديث يختلف عن تصور منتجهامنهجيا كما اتضح مدى عمق هذه النظريات والاسس التي ارساها بلاغيو العرب التي كانت ولاتزال محط انظار كبار النقاد وباحثي البلاغة.

After Zadeh introduced the concept of z-number scientists in various fields have shown keen interest in applying this concept in various applications. In applications of z-numbers, to compare two z-numbers, a ranking procedure is essential. While a few ranking functions have been already proposed in the literature there is a need to evolve some more good ranking functions. In this paper, a novel ranking function for z-numbers is proposed- "the Momentum Ranking Function"(MRF). Also, game theoretic problems where the payoff matrix elements are z-numbers are considered and the application of the momentum ranking function in such problems is demonstrated.
